When a job comes in, the regional manager offers it to the member best suited to it. You lead it from there and bring in your own subbies where you need them.
Four steps to your first job
We take on carpenters, joiners, plasterers, painters, plumbers, electricians, roofers and more. Specialist trades join our wider subcontractor pool.
