We write our own software

Our jobs run through tools that our in-house development team builds and supports. They were made for the way we work, and the client sees the same job record we do.

In the order a job meets them

From the moment a work order arrives to the day the client checks the final invoice.

ATC inbox with work orders waiting to be actioned

    01 · Intake and dispatch

    ATC

Work orders land here, whether they come by email, portal or API. A.I. reads it against the client's rules and the property's history, then an operator confirms the urgency and assigns it. A person makes the call before anything goes out.

Hermes video call on a phone, with suggested scope lines over the room

    02 · Remote scoping

    Hermes

A field technician walks the property on a recorded video call while someone at the hub writes and prices the scope. A plumber or electrician joins the call if needed. Afterwards Hermes reviews the recording and flags anything that looks missed.

Domino quote builder with the quote summary and its first section

    03 · Pricing

    Domino

Prices each scope line against the client's agreed pricebook and keeps the build-up behind every line. It warns on anything incomplete, and an approved quote goes straight onto the job.

Apollo pre-start checklist on a phone

    04 · Safety planning

    Apollo

Writes the site-specific safety plan and pre-start checklist from the scope and sends them to the trade's phone. The foreman signs off the checks on site.

Pluto list of supplier invoices waiting to be matched to a job

    05 · Job costs

    Pluto

Reads incoming supplier invoices and matches them to the job they belong to, so we know what a job has cost as it happens, not at month end.

Eden job progress, with the share complete and the task days left

    06 · Job portal

    Eden

Where clients, property managers, insurers and tenants follow a job: progress, photos, documents, costs and messages to the team doing the work.

Twice the scopes, no write-up afterwards

0–0

Scopes a day from one person in the field.

0

Visits a day the same person managed before, plus about two hours per quote to write it up and price it.

~0 min

A typical walk-through. The scope is finished and priced before the call ends.

Nothing a client can't check

Clients log in to the same jobs we work on. Nobody has to drive out to the property to see how it's going.
